Monolitic Pinch Block

The Monolitic Pinch Block is a cold, slippery and bad rectangular block with a thickness of 50 mm. So simple, yet challenging enough to pull up with overloads. It is held with one or two hands, the latter with a beak shape, which in the jargon we call “clamping”. Wringing this tool will involve considerable effort in the muscles of the thumb, forcing it to have very intense contractions. Lifting important loads with this test involves a remarkable ability to recruit the muscle fibers of the entire forearm.
